About Susan

Fashion stylist and creative consultant Susan Joy is a regular contributor to the New York Times and a stylist for major American fashion companies including Gap, J. Crew, Nordstrom and Target.


A native Australian now based in New York, she is currently a mentor to young designers in the CFDA Fashion Incubator program. Susan also works with the International Woolmark Prize supporting USA finalists.
Her trendsetting work, which spans a multitude of editorial and fashion-brand clients and celebrities, is often characterized by a clear yet complementary juxtaposition of themes and design styles.
