Erika Joyce is a New York City based food stylist, prop stylist, and recipe developer.
Growing up in New England, Erika was exposed to styling from a young age thanks to
her mother. Prior to food styling, Erika worked as a pastry chef in fine dining
restaurants along the East Coast as well as the Caribbean.
Erika is inspired by food and culture from all over the world. She has special ties to
Southeast Asia where some of her family still resides and is always on the hunt for
foreign flavors, diverse cooking techniques and beautiful moments. Erika's distinct
style is highlighted by the fact that she's versatile. Whether it be mouthwatering
messes, graphic & linear precision, or an organic effortless approach, she enjoys it all.
